Mintu Tamuli, from a computer science background, brings over 12 years of experience in teaching block-based coding to students across various age groups. He has a strong command of visual programming platforms such as Scratch and mBlock, helping students build logical thinking through engaging, hands-on learning.
In addition, He is well-versed in computer hardware, ensuring smooth technical operations at the center. He also has extensive experience in basic computer skills training, including word processing, spreadsheet handling, and essential desktop operations, making him a well-rounded educator and technical support lead.
He has also worked in the NGO sector, contributing to various education-focused projects. His grassroots experience in community-based learning initiatives strengthens his ability to connect with diverse learners and promote inclusive tech education.
His wide-ranging experience across teaching, technology, and community projects equips him to lead CCR with a strong foundation in both technical excellence and educational impact.
Educator
Tridip Das is an Electronics Engineer with extensive expertise in electronics, robotics, and software development. He has a strong command over both hardware and software systems, enabling him to lead students through hands-on, practical tech education.
He is proficient in a wide range of technologies, including Python, HTML, PHP, MySQL, Firebase, Android development, Java, and cloud computing. Tridip has designed and developed custom software and mobile applications for various organizations, including eCommerce platforms, demonstrating his ability to deliver robust, scalable digital solutions tailored to specific business needs.
In addition, he is experienced in computer hardware and networking and is currently working as a Computer Faculty.
His holistic approach—combining teaching, development, and system management—makes him a key contributor to CCR’s mission of future-oriented tech learning.
Educator
Khanindra Kalita is an experienced educator and technologist, actively involved in school education since 2015 through the Integrated Approach to Technology in Education (ITE) program by Tata Trusts. He has taught students Scratch programming, Turtle Art, and value-based education, empowering them to use technology creatively and meaningfully.
He has also served as a teacher trainer under the ITE initiative, mentoring educators in effective tech-integrated teaching methods.
Khanindra is the Co-Founder of Cyber Focus IT Lab Pvt. Ltd., where he has contributed to a wide range of software development projects. His technical skills span advanced Excel, data analysis, and software design, while his strong experience in team management allows him to lead and coordinate projects with clarity and collaboration.
His combination of educational insight, technical expertise, and leadership ability makes him a driving force behind CCR’s vision to deliver impactful, future-ready learning.
Educator
Rinji Deka holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and brings a strong academic and technical foundation to her role as an educator. She has worked as a Computer Faculty, where she successfully guided students through both fundamental and advanced computing concepts.
Her areas of expertise include Machine Learning, Image Processing, Python programming, Database Management, and Web Technologies. With a deep interest in emerging technologies, she is committed to fostering a strong conceptual understanding and practical skills among her students.
At CCR, she contributes to developing a learning environment that bridges academic knowledge with real-world applications, preparing students to explore the frontiers of modern computing.

Kamal Haloi is a Computer Engineer with over 13 years of programming experience since 2011. As a dedicated faculty member in coding, he has trained numerous students in core programming concepts, modern development practices, and industry-relevant tools.
He has worked as an IT consultant for various organizations, offering expertise in web development, app development, and software architecture. His technical skill set includes PHP, database design, cloud computing, networking, and server management.
He has led the development of several custom software solutions and mobile applications tailored to the needs of institutions and enterprises, showcasing his ability to deliver robust, scalable tech solutions.
With his extensive real-world experience and strong foundation in both education and IT infrastructure, Kamal plays a key role in CCR’s mission to equip learners with practical, job-ready technology skills.
